Location is excellent - away from the street with a nice view to the lake Iseo and Iseo island. Excellent light both in the morning and at dawn. Elisa and Paolo are five stars guests - waited for us, gave us a tour of the place, which is perfect as size and facilities. Walking distance to a nice pastries place and to the place from where you can take the boat to Iseo Island. There is also a small pool in the complex and your have sunbeds in the room if you want to try it. Thank you so much Elisa & Paolo - we had a great time stay at your place! 😊

Very modern, clean, comfortable. We booked an apartement and two rooms so we had an entire private flloor, very quiet. Air conditioning is perfect, bathrooms are super comfy and handy, beds are superior. Staff is friendly. Check-in ceck-out is smooth. Private parking provided, laundry is self-serve 24h. Really clean and guest centric.

Very good location. 10 minutes walk to the city center and also railway and bus station. Spotless clean. Very good breakfast, particularly for usual Italian standards. This is one fine hotel! Comfortable, clean, cozy beds, big bathroom, good WiFi, great breakfast. We spent there only one night on our way to Spain for a holiday, and it was more than good for a purpose. I can't say more about the location, because we didn't have enough time to explore the city, but I'm guessing it is fine, not more than one mile away from the city centre. It has a free parking, which was also great. The staff was great, so, I would highly recommend this accomodation.

    The property is at the edge of a very quiet town. We were shocked that the restaurant was so full, in fact we had no where to park when we came after going out. It was a strange atmosphere and no one was interested in the guests welfare. I wanted to leave
