Absolutely loved the balcony looking over rooftops of Rovinji to the sea. Most amazing renovation- beautifully designed, sophisticated, and respecting the historic building. Charming and classy. Breakfast (and dinner) was amazing- very generous and food was delicious.

A perfect place to stay in Cortina. The room was large, very comfortable, had a lovely alpine cabin design and accents, and the balcony had a spectacular view of the town and the mountains. The decor was beautiful and had lots of fun photos and artwork reflecting the area. The breakfast was good and the folks at reception were very kind and helpful. When my spouse and I slept through our alarms thanks to jetlag and missed the breakfast window, they still made us some espressos, which were greatly appreciated.

    It's not the cheapest town in the area, and not every place has the same high standards. Lots of Olympic construction going on, both in town and all around, so watch out for delays and possible noise. But you'll get over that once you smell the air and see the views. This is the Alsager then some

    Nice quaint small town located in the Dolomites.

    Nice quaint small town located in the Dolomites. Strongly suggest avoiding it between July and early September. Far too many people to really enjoy it. Our prior visit was in mid-October 2023 and it was much better as tourist and holiday season was over. Weather was better in October as well, not too hot, so hiking was much more pleasant.

    The hotel facilities are awesome.

    The hotel facilities are awesome. The staffs take care us very well, especially the concierge staff who help us deal with the rental company. We have a flat tire on our rental car and the hotel staff help us a lot to contact the car rental company and hire taxi to pick up the new car. In addition, the breakfast is very nice and have a lot of variety food. The location is on walking distance to the central of the city.

    it's a mess w/ building works clogging the small town that is trying to prep for the winter olympics. If you are driving through, make sure you're through very early before the gridlock starts. Or bike through. San Vito di Cadore is a much better option for a fraction of the price.

    Cortina is a good central location to use as a base for...

    Cortina is a good central location to use as a base for attractions in the region. It is known as quite an exclusive resort but we didn't find food and restaurant prices any higher that other Dolomite resorts. It is busy with lots of traffic which flows through the centre of the town. There are much prettier and quieter holiday towns and villages - especially in the Val Gardena area.

    This place was amazing!

    This place was amazing! Great location to begin any hikes at the Rifugio Auronzo. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very cleanly & the facilities were good. Parking access was plentiful and very easy. We are breakfast & dinner there with plenty of options and everything very well made. We would definitely stay here again.

    The food at the hotel is good, i enjoyed the breakfasts and the food is good at night too. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The car park is a good size and i no problem parking in late August, and of course, great location close to the main drag.
