Baglioni Sardinia is the epitome of 5-star service - from the moment we stepped off the transfer, we were treated with grace, friendliness and care. The staff's attention to detail and willingness to ensure that our stay was nothing short of spectacular is unmatched - we have stayed at many luxury resorts, and the closest we have come to this type of personal attention was at Diamonds Mequfi Beach Resort in Mozambique. There are many instances of care and kindness we can recall - including the celebration of my birthday, the care with our dietary requirements, the set-up of room service when we ordered a meal, the prompt response to requests, the suggestions of places to visit and having meals at, helping us to track down the full set of biscuit tins for our collection and helping us stay comfortable, especially when I was feeling ill. We have noted below the particular staff who we have interacted with most and who have made our trip memorable. Still, we recognise that service of this standard results from many excellent staff members who take pride in their work and are never seen by the guests. The hotel beach (accessible by short shuttle) has very clear water, and as it is located in a long bay, the sea is very calm and great for snorkeling and for kid to swim. Lots of different beaches within a short walk/drive. Beach shuttle service is dependable and frequent. The staff at the resort are all very friendly and welcoming, which creates a very warm environment. We are very grateful to Marco from the resort office for working hard to accommodate our last minute flight cancellation.

Everything. This is an amazing hotel with beautiful aesthethic gardens and facilities. The breakfast was very good, lots of selection, also gluten free options. The bar has nice coctails. The dinner with 4 courses was amazing too. Its close to many beautiful beaches, it also has one of its own. The rooms are spatious and well equiped. Clean. Pet friendly, many people had dogs with them :)

Really good location for those with car. 10 minute drive to all the popular beaches. Perfect Italian style hotel. Jacuzzi, swimming pool are very good! Plenty of space for everyone.
