What can I say - if you are ever in the area you really should stay at this gorgeous little B&B run by Stefano and his wife! We had a wonderful stay here for three nights, and were very happy with everything. Nice, air conditioned room, a beautiful terrace to sunbathe on (and also to eat a great breakfast). We also opted to eat in the home restaurant two evenings and it did not disappoint - Stefano did a wonderful job of hosting us and serving us delicious food and wine. Easiest access to this property is by car (or motorbike as we had), but if needed there is a bus service that goes down to Faggeto Lario and Torno, where you can easily switch to another for Como or Bellagio if you wish to do a trip without car. It is also possible to walk down to the Faggeto Lario beach, takes about 35-40 min, but keep in mind it is very steep. We walked down and took the bus back up. Thank you for having us Stefano and for all the valuable tips of things to see and do in the area. We really had a wonderful stay!

Absolutely beautiful and cozy apartment very high up on the mountains overlooking the lake. Excellent view, great breakfast service in the morning, convenient and reasonably priced additional dinner service. The room had a fire place in it which we were able to use. Very secluded.

We really loved the place, everything was just perfect! Beautiful rustic decoration, fabulous town, everything was extra clean, spacious bedrooms… owners are extremely attentive and welcoming. The terrace has amazing views and the food is just amazing. I cannot recommend it more.

Everything was fine, but what I would like to emphasize is the communication and kindness of the apartment's owner as she was super helpful and kind. There were a rainstorm in the morning so I asked her for a later check out and she was super kind and supportive that let us leave once the weather became better. For me it is really important - but of course the apartment itself was very cool, too, cosy, clean, beautiful.

Yummy breakfast. Tarcisio will always offer to help if needed, he gave us a ride when we needed it even thought it was at night. We recommend the location since it is further away from all the tourists and the towns nextdoor are gorgeous. We also recommend renting a car or definitely going when C31 is available.

A lovely experience.

A lovely experience. Off the beaten track so ideal for people looking for peace and quiet but not isolated . Close to a tiny village and to Faggeto Lario and 40 mins to Como and other towns on the lake. Good for solo travellers and families. Up on the hill and not walking distance from Lake. 10 mins by car from Lakeshore. Host very accomodating.

Faggeto Lario, 15 minutes by car from Como, is a hillside small town. People are very friendly. The "Giardino Segreto" is a top level accomodation, new and clean. The host was very courteous and present.

I only stayed for 3 days, enough to make me want to come back, if possible in the summer! The hotel has very good service, both at the reception and in the restaurant! I really liked the gift I received when I left the hotel, I will be very happy to come back!!

This was an excellent hotel for seeing Lake Como and for just relaxing and letting the boat take the train of driving away. The ferry boat dock is less than five minutes away and you can spend the whole day just exploring the lake by boat

We enjoyed the stay very much and would definately recommend the stay to other people. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The room was lovely with a kitchenette and lots of storage space, we had a balcony to sit and have a quiet drink while taking in the beauty of Lake Como. We ate in several places and had a great speedboat trip to view some of the other villages on the lake, Walking was good, the hills were quite steep, so you do what you can and go back. The higher you go the more you see. Don't miss it.

What an incredible place, to start with we were collected from the station and taken to the Hotel by the owner Michaela. The views were breathtakingly beautiful. to sit having breakfast looking over the lake is one memory we will not forget. Michaela went above and beyond to look after us, we can not thank her enough for her excellent home cooked food.
