This is the best hotel during our journey in France and Italy. It's located beside the railway station. Room, lobby and dining room is elegantly designed. The minibar is free, and the hotel gives chocolate as gift. Continental breakfast is delicious. Definitely the best choice for Turin.

What impressed me the most about the room we were assigned was the space! It was huge! A one-bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, 1.5 bath, and a huge TV in the living room. The room was clean and had good AC and a huge en suite bathroom. The breakfast was buffet style, however, the quality of the food was good. They provided good espresso machine coffee to the table even though they also had the instant espresso machine.

The location was simply perfect, the Bus from the airport stops in the next street and the Train station is simply across the road. The staff were very helpful with great suggestions on places for non-italian speaking people to go to!

The staff at the hotel were absoutely lovely, so welcoming, helpful and friendly to me. I was even offered a glass of wine when I got back from a long day of meetings. The hotel is perfectly located opposite Stazione Porta Nuova. Outside is the stop for the airport bus, the Metro, and local buses. During night the hotel is behind large closed wooden doors, and then you have to pass locked glass doors to come into a yard before entering the hotel. The hotel is fresh and spotlessly clean. The staff in the reception made us feel welcome and speak english too. Breakfast is really good and they had glutenfree products for me. The woman in the kitchen is so kind, and even though she doesn´t speak much english we managed to have nice conversations via translator. I highly recommend the hotel, and hope to be back some day.
