Our stay in central Caserta, just next to the palace, was fantastic. The hosts were extremely helpful, ensuring a seamless check-in by providing all necessary details and instructions beforehand. A truly magical experience! The hotel’s location is fantastic, and the atmosphere of sleeping in a real castle made my stay unforgettable. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the interior design made me feel like I had stepped into another era. A perfect place for anyone who enjoys peace, quiet, and historical charm. As some previous reviews mentioned, the road leading up to the castle includes two uphill stretches. However, even with a BMW X3 we had no problem reaching the top. For those who might be concerned about the sharp uphill turn, there is also a parking area a bit lower down. The hotel provides golf carts, and a staff member kindly came to pick us up from the parking lot and helped with our luggage. We travel frequently for work, and this hotel truly deserves high marks — it offered the best breakfast I’ve had at a hotel this year. Fresh juices, a wide variety of high-quality ingredients, both sweet and savoury options — just perfect. Big bonus points for the high-quality, natural cosmetics provided in the room, and the fully equipped bathroom. Guests are even provided with toothbrushes, which is a thoughtful touch. Highly recommended — a unique and relaxing stay in a one-of-a-kind setting!

I will definitely start take care with the property's rating on Booking.com. Most guests are European or American, and they value "friendliness", smiling, waving, calling by name and find it beautiful to stay in a homely atmosphere. They don't care about comfort, high standard of services, quality of bed, furniture, shower, 24-hour reception and everything that a reasonable hotel has, expensive investment objective. But they don't give a good evaluation because they consider the treatment to be impersonal. This is the case with this hotel.
