Friendly staff above all. Restaurant was nice. Bar area really good with snacks to buy Wine was good and much better value than UK Rooms were very clean with good shower. We could not have asked for anything more really. We did not have car and staff helped with transportation - local knowledge.

The location with view over the main city along with waking distance to charming Fiesole with its restaurants, museum and view points. Very helpful staff along with a comfortable room and bed. The shuttle service were much appreciated to downtown and then relax at the pool in the afternoon.
