The studio/house was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable – a perfect home away from home. Breakfast was tasty and satisfying, with enough variety to start the day right. Parking right in front of the property was very convenient, and the swimming pool was a real highlight – clean, well-kept, and perfect for relaxing after a day out. Overall, a lovely place to stay and one I’d happily return to.

Nice small boutique Hotel in a quiet location, far from the villages. In general, it is an excellent construction, as well as the surrounding area. However, you need a car. A small problem was the internet, but I believe they will make it faster

We had the most wonderful two weeks at La Casa di Campagna, hosted by the warm and welcoming Mara and Massimo at their idyllic Umbrian farmhouse. From the moment we arrived, the staff were always so friendly, smiley, and ready to help, which made us feel immediately at home. The rooms were spotless and had everything we needed, and we especially appreciated the communal lounge area with its handy shared fridge and coffee maker. The property itself is spacious and beautifully kept, with a gorgeous swimming pool, plenty of loungers, and quiet corners throughout the gardens that are perfect for relaxing with a book. The restaurant was a real highlight – the food is absolutely outstanding, with traditional regional Italian dishes full of flavour, lots of variety, and delicious daily specials. Breakfast each morning was a treat, with a plentiful buffet and the option of freshly cooked eggs and bacon. All in all, La Casa di Campagna is not only a wonderful place to stay, but also perfectly located for exploring Umbria, Lake Trasimeno, and Tuscany. We truly loved every moment of our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it!

The room, location, amenities (pool, bar, restaurants) are all individually fantastic, but the main reason I would come here again is the friendly staff. Gianni, the owner, is the man who knows everyone and will assist with anything, he is the main reason I will be coming back in future.

    Brilliant views from the pool and most rooms. Very nice atmosphere and good restaurant. We really enjoyed our evening meal - the outside patio is romantic and the place full. Good, local produce and wines.

    Great location with superb views over Lake Trasimeno particularly Sunset. Ideal for visiting various places of interest like Perugia, Assisi, Orvieto, Todi and the Islands of Lake Trasimeno. Also great walking and cycling not far away. Lovely pool and garden. It is not a hideaway in the hills but in the middle of a village; Not a negative at all but worth knowing. Passignano sul Trasimeno just down the road is very nice. Great for 10 days exploring the area👍🏻

    The owners were very helpful. Before we arrived, they gave us detailed instructions on how to reach the property. The gardens are well kept and a joy to spend time in. we traveled with a little dog, which was not a problem. Max was loved by all. There is a wonderful pool, with lots of places to sit, either in the sun or shade. If you are looking for somewhere to stay in Umbria, I would totally recommend this place.

    The location is great, very close to the lake, near to a cafe, a great restaurant and a swimming pool. The hotel pool was great, nice gardens. I enjoyed a boat trip to the island.
