If heaven were on earth it would be this Masseria! From the moment you enter the building you get a feeling that the place is made with love and passion and you get a feeling of being at home! The decor is simply outstanding, the food and wine is by far the best I’ve eaten in Puglia and the staff are warm, friendly and make you feel so special! Everything is presented so beautifully and tastefully- it’s a very special experience! We did an olive oil and wine tasting with the owner and that was a great fun informative experience! 20 minute drive and you’re at some of the most stunning crystal clear beaches! Great large accommodation. There is everything you need for everyday life. The rooms are cozy, clean, with lots of cute, interesting interior details. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment. Huge balcony-yard (rooms on the ground floor). Parking near the house, in a public parking lot, but there is plenty of space, and in Italy this is a luxury. There is a supermarket 150 m from the accommodation. We highly recommend this place.

Hmm interesting, not a lot of English spoken down this far, we don’t expect people to have to talk English at all, but I think people weren’t confident talking to us so avoided us, they weren’t rude just not too helpful. Parking is quite easy as not busy here. There’s not as much to do here or as many tourist attractions as further north . We enjoyed Lecce very much. But Oria and Manduria not so much. Food was very good when we found somewhere but getting to sit down and feel comfortable was difficult. We didn’t do the beaches as we never stay long anyway but I think we should have given it a go.

A good starting point for destinations by the sea. Manduria is eminently charming although going longer than a week makes it necessary to eat in the same places. The restaurant base is not very large.

This is an amazing hotel. My husband and I loved the art and plants and uniqueness of every room. The place has so much character and we loved the dinner and breakfast as well. The hotel is also located close to great wineries a short drive away. We would come back to Puglia just to visit this hotel. Thank you.
