It was perfect! We couldn't have asked for more. Having been to Sardinia a few times now, I tell you that it's extremely rare that you'll come across such a nice property (at this price point). The location is 30 minutes away from the main beaches in the southwest and from Cagliari. The property is very well equipped with everything you need : cutlery, cookery, salt pepper, oil , kitchen towels, dishwasher & washing machine (not like other places we've been where you need to buy literally everything). The mattress was extremely comfortable (if you've been to Sardinia before, you might know the struggle to find a good bed to sleep in - this is perfect, and I'm a very picky person); there is AC in every room , everything is clean and modern. You have full privacy in the patio and access to a barbecue and outside shower & sink (we didn't make use of these, but there are there for you). If you are looking for a quiet place (no noisy neighbours), this is the place to go - although the main bedroom window faces the street and you can hear cars passing by, it's not noisy as it's not a main road and not very busy (again, I'm very sensitive to noises and it didn't bothered me at all). The host is lovely, very welcoming, and friendly; she even landed us her beach umbrella as we didn't want to buy one just for 3 days we were there - which made such a big difference for us. Also, she made sure we had some cold water in the fridge when we arrived, as well as some beverages (juice & beer) ... this is such a nice gesture, and it goes to show they care. I highly recommend this place , it ticked all the boxes for us , 100% we'll be coming back here next time.

Casa di Isa is a perfect place for both short and long stays. Located just 20 minutes from the airport and the center of Cagliari, it offers quick and efficient communication with the hosts. The house is comfortable and well-equipped, with everything you might need. Everything is very well maintained. The house is beautiful, fragrant, and very clean. There's a special touch on the table that can be seen as soon as you arrive. If you find this house available, don't hesitate, book it without fear, as there will be no regrets.

I like everything about this hotel, the employees are very friendly rhe hotel is very clean and tidy. The room it self is spacious and had AC. There was also a fridge and and a small cooking place. The breakfast is excellent as well as the room service. 15 min walk to Poetto beach. For the price its a 10 out of 10. It exceeded my expectations for a 3 stars hotel.

It’s far from everything.only one shop and 2 restaurants opposite. You need car because everything is far . By bus took 1 hour to Cagliari., also to beach . Bus is always full was waiting 30 minutes minimum, and you have to wave for bus driver otherwise he doesn’t stop . No air conditioning, and driving crazy fast .

Very comfortable stay at Villa Noga Rooms. The location was close to amenities and perfect to explore southern Sardegna. A few minutes away from Cagliari but in a tranquil area. The rooms are modern and fresh, always well kept and clean. 24/7 availability of tea, coffee, water and biscuits which was convenient. And laundry facility at no extra charge was very convenient. Communication with Francesca was always spot on and Rosaria was ever so welcoming and helpful with useful tips and ensured that the place was fresh and clean. Highly recommended.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this bed and breakfast, and it truly exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, Andrea, the host, made us feel incredibly welcome. His attention to detail and constant care, offering a variety of food, drinks, and snacks, ensured we were comfortable and well-fed throughout our stay. One aspect that must be highlighted is the sheer beauty of this place, which the pictures simply don't do justice. The elegant décor, cozy ambience, and pristine surroundings combine to create an experience that is both luxurious and homely. The location is nothing short of spectacular – you are quite literally living on the beach. Waking up to the soothing sound of waves and the tranquil views of the sea was a daily delight. This idyllic setting, coupled with the B&B's charm, makes it a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. This delightful haven in Cagliari has now become our new favorite place, and we are eagerly anticipating our return. Exquisite Italian design with a priority on comfort. The hosts clearly have made this listing a labor of love. The rooms are bright, spotless, and spacious. The garden is Mediterranean horticulture in abundance, designed and planted by the owner, and there are beach clubs right across the street on the most famous beach in Sardinia. I have a crush on this listing.
