We had a fantastic experience at this hotel! Upon check-in, we were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a deluxe room. The room had been recently renovated - it was modern, spotless, and very comfortable. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and everything was so clean and well-maintained. We also received coupons for complimentary welcome prosecco, which was a lovely touch. The room had a stunning view over the town, which made our stay even more special. Despite the large number of tourists in Sorrento, the hotel felt very calm and quiet - perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The staff were extremely polite and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast was excellent, with a big variety of food and drinks to choose from. The location is amazing - just a short walk from Sorrento’s main attractions, and very close to the central station. It’s super convenient for catching a bus to the airport, Amalfi, or Positano, and for taking a train to Naples. Highly recommended!

From the very first moment, our experience at Gioì Hotel was outstanding. The property is brand new, so all the facilities are in perfect condition, featuring modern technology and all the amenities you could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Our room far exceeded expectations: much larger than anticipated, very bright thanks to two large windows, and incredibly comfortable. The peaceful atmosphere made it the perfect place to rest. The service was exceptional, especially thanks to Giorgio, who was always available, warm, and attentive to every detail. Any request or question was handled immediately and with genuine kindness, which truly made a difference. And if you’re hesitating because the hotel isn’t in a “main” town on the Amalfi Coast, don’t! It’s just 5 minutes by train (ticket only €3.5) or 10 minutes by bus, with frequent transportation all day long to Sorrento and other Amalfi Coast destinations. The location is truly strategic: you get tranquility without sacrificing easy access to everything. In summary, Gioì Hotel offers brand-new modern facilities, first-class personalized service, and a location that makes it the ideal base to explore the region.

The Villa was beautiful, Antonino and Marco were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We felt right at home and really taken care of. I forgot some swimsuits there and they were really helpful in returning them. They provided a lot of great recommendations on food and local attractions. They made the transfer from the ferry to the hotel simple and convenient. We would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend it to others.

We were delighted to be promoted to a bigger apartment, which was both spacious and beautifully appointed. A special thank you to Ettore, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. His assistance was invaluable, from reserving a private boat to recommending fantastic restaurants. His local knowledge and willingness to help with anything we needed made our trip truly memorable. The location of the accommodation is undoubtedly one of the best in Capri, providing stunning views and easy access to all the island’s attractions. The staff were exceptional! There was nothing that wasn't a challenge and they were easy to communicate with via whatsapp prior to our arrival. The wellness spa with sauna and a swim is allocated for one hour (per room) and was a wonderful experience. The room and view is incredible, for us it was well worth the value/price. The plunge pool is ambient temperature however in May we found that the evening sun heated it perfectly. The sun set and it was comfortable even at 10pm. Breakfast is a must to eat on the deck!

Amazing place to stay with your family or friends.

Amazing place to stay with your family or friends. We enjoyed every moment in the villa. Perfect location to visit Sorrento and Amalfi coast. Well equipped kitchen and outdoor grill allows to enjoy lovely dinners in the terrace with the sea view. Moreover, pool and lemon tree garden allows you to cool down from the heat. And finally, Pino is such an amazing host! He helped us with everything we need, from finding best restaurants around to having some music in the villa.
