What I liked most was that it was close to the airport "...
What I liked most was that it was close to the airport "Marco Polo" However trying to get anywhere by taxi is a rip-off. Taxi fare on average is $40 to $50 Euro to go 2miles or more. Its best to travel by bus or train but be sure to know a few words in Italian or you will be lost for sure. What I liked least was that getting to city center was not easy or inexpensive for those with any physical disabilities. However, if your plan is to stay in Marcon and not visit Venice, then it is great because you are close to shopping and restaurants.Guest review byShirley

It had all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. There was a hiccup with the AC not being turned on due to a reception oversight, which made for a difficult night. However, the staff were very apologetic and didn’t charge us for the inconvenience, which was appreciated.
