Staff were excellent Rooms very clean The costs for drinks and staff was reasonable Distance from hotel to town was a 20 min walk, for us who use gym at home, a walk was our excercise so served us right.

Loved this accommodation. Hosts were amazingly friendly and accommodating. Brilliant zoo, great view, close to town, amazing breakfast. We only stayed 1 night but didn't want to leave.

    The location was perfect beautiful views of the mountains and of the medieval town Monte Santa Maria Tiberina. The hosts were lovely and welcoming. The accommodation was well designed, clean and very comfortable with its own private terrace. I will definitely be back!
