The location was truly amazing, especially for those seeking a quiet escape from loud tourist areas. The location is perfect for hiking and there is a bus to cala gonone if you wish some beach time. Ivan was exceptionnally welcoming...it was raining the day I arrived and instead of waiting for the late bus to get to the bus stop after oliena village...he sent me a volunteer to get me from Oliena! It is very nice to discover the inside of the island, and stay more in the mountains; Olinea is a perfect location, as you can still drive to the beach easily if you wish, but stay in a really calm area, with beautiful landscape; close to other things to visite like the Gorropu Canyon, Sorgenti Su Gologone, wine testing, etc; Again our stay at the property Dimora S'Ena Manna was a fantastic base to visit around, or just to relax at the property, depending on the days.

Small town, few tourists.

Small town, few tourists. It felt like we were the only tourists here. Interesting architecture, interesting cafes. Very safe town and kind people. There is a big supermarket. Lots of free parking in the area.

Fantastic location, perfect for hiking and exploring the mountains, the views were stunning, the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We ate in the restaurant and the pizza and local wine was excellent. The hotel was clean and blissfully quiet! We would highly recommend!

The hotel sits 2500ft above sea level with amazing views out across a valley. Above the hotel are perhaps the most impressive views as the jagged edge of the supramonte rises up out of the forest. Truly spectacular! The restaurant was extremely good value and the food amazing.
