Palaia is a real treasure. an authentic beauty in the heart of Tuscany. From this apartment you need to walk like 5 minutes to get to the very centre of the city. From the balcony you have a whole view to Palaia, which is breathtaking. It's magical by night as well with all the city lights. The flat itself is comfortable, clean, with airconditioning, and the kitchen is well equipped. I can only recommend to stay in here.

We visited Tuscany for Andrea bocelli concert. It was 20mins drive away from the concert venue. It was comfortable, clean and sufficient for a short stay. Kind compliments from the owners.

We traveled with three adults and our seven year old son. The beds are comfortable and the rooms were spotless. The location it’s unbelievable! So beautiful and peaceful. The people are very friendly and welcoming. The hosts are incredibly nice and although I didn’t bring enough cash for the deposit they were kind enough to accept less than what’s required and returned it immediately during the check-out. The town is gorgeous and within walking distance from the property. The property has parking and in case it’s full a short walk to the town’s free parking gives a chance to take in the beautiful views. I would definitely stay there again.

-This is an apartment surrounded by nature. Total peace, if we ignore the sound of the cicadas :) -There is a swimming pool next to the apartment, which is perfect for refreshing on a hot day. -Cozy and authentic rooms -The rooms have insect nets on the windows. A big advantage if you want to avoid mosquitoes in the room. There is also air conditioning, which only works if all windows and doors are closed. -There is a small town nearby (2 km) where you can eat in several pizzerias that cook delicious pizza.

Extremely welcoming, dear people at the reception. We rented biggest apartment. Ultra comfortable beds, you can put apartment in total darkness for best sleep. We went for dinner and were very satisfied. Generous breakfast.

    The house is tidy, clean, both room and bathroom. Natural/artificial lights, curtains, outlets, fan, ac are working great. The bathroom is perfect, with everything in order. The house is 50 minutes walking from the nearest city Palaia, so it's very quiet. The room is way better than advertised, the owner gave us a lot of presents. The garden in front of the room is full of trees with fruit, cats, chairs, tables.

    We arrived quite late, but the check-in was easy and smooth. The property is located in a typical historical building, with great views from the bedroom windows. It is beatiful, well kept and clean. Parking a car was no issue at all many of the famous Tuscan cities are all nearby. Palaia that is just few minutes away by car, has great selection of restaurants where we spent every evening.

    The women who managed the hotel was amazing! We felt very welcome and she gave us the best room. Tho for all the future guests, please inform the staff if you gonna eat breakfast or not, she made a whole buffé for all the guests and we were the only ones who ate. Personal note, hope you enjoyed the lemons we brought from Amalfi
