The hotel is a budget solution on the way to Chioggia and Venice or when to spend some raxing days in Rosolina Mare. The building is on the main road, and it has free parking slots, Walking 3-5 mins you can reach some restaurants (also with local fish food), bars, a bank and a supermarket: the main services are covered. The apartment was modern, clean and comfortable. There were prepared enough towels and shampoos. Nice beaches are about 10 minute drive away. The hostess was very nice, attentive and gave us some great tips on what to see and where to eat.

We spent a few days in this lovely apartment, which was spacious, nice and clean, in a convenient location, with very comfy beds and fully equipped. It also had clever mosquito nets installed in all windows! Outside of the house looks more like an arboretum park - what a beautiful place to stay!

The position of the hotel is the best possible in Chioggia. We liked the hotel atmosphere and design. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. And a special note - this hotel is really pet friendly. It is not just that they accept your pets, they really accomodate them remarkebly , thinking about all the details. Thank you, it was a lovely experience.

easy to find. spacious breakfast area & nice breakfast.excellent coffee. the evening meal was superb, especially the local Fritto Misto, which was the best we have ever had. good prices. strongly suggest you book there way before you go, as there are no other restaurants around , as it’s booked up by the locals. the delta boat trip is a must. nice family run hotel. staff very nice. good parking, very near to boat trip stop. if you have time ,adults take the 3 hour trip, & if you have children take the shorter one, much too tedious for kids.comfortable matress.
