The staff was extremely welcoming and made us feel like we were family returning home. Personal, warm and professional with a lit of charm. An excellent experience! The hotel shows great attention to detail. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and very quiet. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options, and the spa was elegant and wonderfully relaxing. Highly recommended!

My flight arrived in the morning and the staff was able to accommodate me for an early check in right away. Throughout my stay, the reception staff was the nicest, most professional group of people. The hotel is gorgeous, elegant and well maintained. The breakfast buffet contained a large variety of delicious items. The restaurant served lunch and dinner and offered interesting Sicilian dishes; the staff there was most pleasant. The hotel made my stay in Palermo very special.

Everyting was like paradaise including beds, pillowes and spa. Very good position for exploring Palermo, amaizing restaurat a few step away, with best pizza. Very nice people - big work was done here in interesting historical building. We wish Palermo, beautifull city, to have more people like these owners. We all will come again soon.
