Very friendly and helpful staff. From the very beginning, we were informed at the reception with all the necessary information regarding visiting the Cinque Terre villages. They also recommended us to visit Porto Venere, which otherwise we would not have visited and it was wonderful. They advised us where to park the car in La Spezia to be close to the port and the train station. The hotel had a really rich, tasty and varied breakfast. The room and all areas of the hotel were very clean. Fresh towels were also changed in our room every day.

Every single detail is perfect. This is next level. The person who made this either is very intelligent or has education in tourism. Sparkling Clean, comfy. But then it gets better: - Each side of the bed can turn on or off the main light - That's the level of detail - You've got everything you need. It was one of a kind experience. The feeling to wake up and walk into a castle from your BnB is something else. However small the castle is , it makes up with the most beautiful Tuscany hills surrounding the area. I had zero expectations from the place but it exceeded mine. Our host was as wonderful as our stay. She was very patient and accommodating with our demands.
