Lovely apartment overlooking Lake Piediluco. Owners were wonderful and very accommodating. The only place that offered to wash our clothes on the entire 3 week hike! A real treat. I wish we could have stayed longer. Would love to go back.

We first came to Piediluco in the Spring of 2024 whilst...

We first came to Piediluco in the Spring of 2024 whilst visiting family. It was out of season and later in the afternoon so it was peaceful and calm. We had a lovely walk around the town and along parts of the lake, We hadn't had any lunch and were looking for somewhere that might serve something but everywhere had closed. Gianluca at Tre7 took pity on us and treated us to a private luncheon on his terrace overlooking the lake. It was a sublimely PERFECT afternoon and we promised to came back and visit him again. We booked an overnight stay at Casa Mariam on Booking.com which was nothing short of excellent for location, price and facilities for this visit to Piediluco. Unfortunately Tre7 was closed due to illness so we went for a wander to see if there was anything that might catch our fancy in town. We had a wonderful dinner at La Magia del Lago. Picture perfect location, overlooking the lake on a balcony/terrace. We were inside the restaurant but there were a few diners sat under the trees closer to the lake. Quite romantic really. The food was utterly delicious and it had a great family atmosphere. We didn't get to explore all of the town and the little side streets but I can imagine that they are quaint.

I can only describe this hotel as heaven on earth. Our room was immaculately clean, bed was very comfortable and shower was excellent. The view we had from our room was breathtaking, and was an absolute joy to awaken in the morning and greet the sun from our balcony overlooking the most magnificent view of the lake. The spa area was pristine and we enjoyed a fabulous spa/sauna which was relaxing. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming and had no hesitation in assisting us with our enquiries.

Beautiful location on the lake with fabulous views from our balcony. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and good. We had dinner at the hotel in the evening and the food quality was excellent.
