We absolutely loved staying in Villa Sassolini, all the staff, especially Gian Marco, make you feel so at home. Everyone is really attentive and friendly. The house is so lovingly decorated and the attention to detail is really clear. The food is also excellent and have great facilities.

Nothing was too much trouble for excellent hosts Marco and Maria who along with their staff, Martha and husband Marco, made our stay a most happy and welcoming one and provided beautifully prepared Tuscan cuisine - all in all a great base for exploring the Tuscan countryside.

Special kudos to young gentleman who was our waiter for both dinners in the restaurant, for his recommendations for food and wine + effortless communication and service. We booked this property as it was near to the venue where we are getting married, next year. The bed and breakfast was only a couple of minutes drive from our wedding venue so a perfect location for our short stay in Tuscany. The property was very clean and tidy! The layout is perfect - we stayed in the double bedroom on the first floor (right of stairs) and the host stayed upstairs, so we felt like we were out of the way. Each evening, the host asked us what time we wanted breakfast for the following day. This was a lovely touch. The breakfast was absolutely gorgeous! The host also changed some of the breakfast, so it had a little more variety each day. We only stayed for two nights, but we were definitely return. Thanks so much
