This was a perfect B&B. If we ever go back to Sicilie, this will be the first place to go back to. Next to the wonderful location, the owners make it perfect. They were so nice! And despite not speaking English, they helped with everything. 10 out of 10!

B&B like Domus Verdana are these gems we look for, when traveling. The best value of this offer are the hosts 😊 The owners live in the same building and are incredibly friendly, kind and helpful. They offer homemade breakfast, including home made jams and a cake baked by their neighbour! They invite you to their personal spacer (living room and dining room). You can share this meal with other guests. They do their best so that your stay is perfect: In our case the host offered to prepare breakfast for us at 7.00, event though we had to leave for the airport at 7.30 AM and the host was at the party the previous evening 🙏🥰 When we will come to Sicily again, we will definitely stay at this place again!

A perfect holiday location on the slopes of Etna. A half hour drive to Catania and the airport. A half hour drive to the Etna cable car. A small town, but everything is around the corner: a local supermarket, a bakery and a cafe. Nice restaurants. The house has everything that's needed: air conditioned, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, modern bathroom, and an outside sitting area under an olive tree or on a balcony overlooking the olive tree. The hosts are wonderful and will do everything to make your stay perfect and they will supply anything you might require. We have spent a wonderful week and the house was perfect.

If you want to stay on Etna, somewhere quiet and peaceful, this is the place! It is 30 minutes drive to the nearest town with stores/cafes etc to get supplies (the tap water isn't drinkable by the way!) There is lots of good walking through the woods and amazing views of the volcano. The chalet is extremely comfortable and the mattress was perfect!! Marco was extremely helpful, we arrived early and he made the effort to give us access remotely before he could arrive to show us everything personally. We loaded up on firewood and spent 2 days sitting by the fire, and had several visits from the local fox, who is quite timid but very cute and always looking for food! Electricity, WiFi, hot water, heating etc all perfect.

It is a very quiet town and has everything you would need, such as supermarkets, Restaurants, vegetable Shops and Salmuneria Shops. Also playground for kids in the town square.

We only stayed one night and we wished we could have stayed...

We only stayed one night and we wished we could have stayed a couple of days on this beautiful property. The staff was accommodating, friendly, and very informative about the local attractions and food we should try. The dinner we had was 5-star, it was prepared with local and seasonal ingredients that the chef prepared just for us. The portions were out of this world and you have to wear stretch pants to finish it all, but it's so worth it. The room was quaint, clean, and comfortable.

Well Ragalna is a a very small town with approx. 4,000 residents so groceries, super markets and restaurants are quite limited. 1 improvement would be clearing the rubbish from the side of the roads but this is not only in Ragalna. It`s a pitty such a beautiful island still has these issues. The location is very good if you`re planning to go ETNA. It`s also a good location to travel to Catania, Giardini Naxos, Taormina , Enna, Acireale and various parks with destinations no longer than 1.5-2hrs to places mentioned above.

If you are looking for a modern, new expectable franchise Hotel, this is probably not your place. But if you are looking for something special, authentic, clean, quite and home-ish feeling place, this will be your choice! You get heart warming treatment by the Villa team. The pool is super beautiful with scenic view and you can drink your morning coffee with clear view on Etna (which is very close). And the Antipasti is delicious.

Great place in the mountains near Etna. A but hard to reach, but a lovely little hotel/B&B. Staff was beyond awesome.Everyone! Cook also outstanding, made special gluten free food for my traveling companion, went out of their way to make her stay a special one! Would not hesitate to go back if I’m traveling in that area. Restaurant on site was outstanding
