The accommodation was clean and comfortable. The hospitality of the operators and staff was sensational. I was welcomed as a friend and made to feel at home. The bar and restaurant has wonderful food, and again friendly and welcoming. I am so glad I discovered this authentic Italian mountain village.

It was a family run hotel with friendly staff. I can't speak Italian with only limited words, but the staff went out their way to help in any way they could. Location is bang in the middle of Portifino and Pisa and is a beautiful mountain view. The food from the restaurant is amazing!

We booked late in the evening and didn’t arrive until after 10pm. Our host was very friendly and nothing felt like a problem. We would definitely recommend to like minded travellers for something beautiful, authentic and off the beaten track

Fantastic place! Silent, tidy, characteristic, comfortable etc. Buildings are old but they are well renovated and fresh. Apartment was very nice. Friendly owner and staff really makes you feel welcome. It’s well worh of the drive!

The building and the room was very nice. The hostess was friendly and offered us delicious breakfast. We followed her advice to visit a village nearby and we didn't regret it. It is a very good option also for families who want to visit the region.

Wonderful B&b in the heart of the atmospheric old town Filetto. Our room was spotless and very comfortable and Sarah met us in the morning with an amazing breakfast. Really recommend breaking the walk here if you are doing the Via Francigena

Very central, very clean apartment plenty of space. Great kitchen with a big assortment of breakfast options left for us. Quiet at night perfect for a good nights sleep. This is an exceptionally beautiful place to stay. We were greeted by Nicoletta, who showed us to our room. The room was very clean with everything we needed. Breakfast was also very good, with a large selection of homemade cakes. Roberta is a lovely lady, who made sure we had everything we needed, even at breakfast. This place is ideal if you are looking for nature walks as it is totally immersed in nature. Very good restaurant, close to the place too. Divine food.

Antonella and Antonio were amazing hosts, their place is incredibly idyllic, quiet and with amazing mountain views. Breakfast and particularly the dinner they served on the balcony couldn't have been better. They also provide great tips for places to see and amazing restaurants in the are. Highly recommended.
