Right next to a castle/mansion, in a beautiful historical building. the town is small but very cute, and it's a convenient stay to take a day trip to Parma. Parking was convenient and we got a comfortable apartment, but still with a nice breakfast included. Great food in the area

My stay (4 evenings) at Anime Salve for the golf nearby (Ducato) has been outstanding. Every evening my hosts (Francesca, Angelo and the kids Fabrizio and Alessandra) prepared me (for a small fee) a true Italian dinner, and it was fantastic. We had pasta dishes, home made pizzas, local specialities like Parma proscuitto.. Of course you can have the option to dine out or cook in the fully catered kitchen. The pellets poêle is great and keeps the studio warm. The studio can also sleep 3 persons. Every day Angelo is making sure your stay is the best possible. You can go there with your eyes closed! Everything about Hotel Campus is 10/10 Exceptional. From the initial check-in to the well equipped and smart accommodation. The breakfast was fabulous. Overall its amazing value for money. As a bonus, its also conveniently located too with plenty of free parking spaces right outside! If I'm in the area again I would definitely stay here again.

When we first arrived we had a small issue with the bathroom but in 5 min, very nice lady (I think Farida) upgraded us to a wonderful bedroom with sauna and jacuzzi. All the personnel were very nice and speak French.

Manuela is a fantastic host. She was helpful, friendly and fun! And sent us on our way with fresh boiled eggs she had just collected from her hens. Dinner was fantastic and so was breakfast. Our room was comfortable, great bed, and her dog moon is awesome. We are cycling the Via Francigena and had problems with one of our bikes. She called a nearby bike shop who agreed to help us and she gave us great advice on an alternate route leaving from the shop that avoided a big climb. She was also patient and helpful with our rudimentary Italian. Highly recommend.

It´s a historical place and the transformation of the Hotel...

It´s a historical place and the transformation of the Hotel from an old Church/Abbey is wonderful done and to recommend. We passed this place on a round travel and could also join an exhibition in the evening. The hotel offers also some exponats of artists i.e. robots made of trash from an Italian Artist. Very eye catching. We arrived in the evening and was wondering where to eat. We walked the main street just a few minutes and found a local pizzeria - it seems it was the most popular take-away pizzeria but also with a small eating place inside. Again: Chapeau on the works done of this very old historical building and the successful transformation towards a modern style hotel.

The location is fine, very quiet and several restaurants are nearby. The atmosphere is authentic as hotel is located in the old building which is the part of the castle. There is a relax room with books, toys, interactive board for kids, kicker and so on. Water is available for all guests for free.

One of the most, if not the most beautiful hotel i have visited. Everything from design, comfort to the personell/ owners was on point. A lovely house on a lovely property with unbelieveable kind and obliging owners, who really care about you. I immediately felt like i was at home!

Super nice hotel at a beautiful location. The room has everything you would expect. The swimming pool, the patio and the garden are amazing! The breakfast was simple but good. The host was very friendly. He even allowed us to stay a bit longer at the pool after checkout.
