This place is just amazing. The terrace and the view is stunning and so peaceful. The owner is a lovely person and was super helpful with everything and caring. He gave us a lot of tips and was super responsive throughout the entire stay. We definitely want to come back.

Normally such hotels located at the seaside believes that the job is done, as the location is perfect. Not here, the entire team is extremely helpful, kind and they are real hoteliers. This behavior was unexpected espcially at the end of the end of the season, when would be normal to be tired. Morover the breakfast was perfect, the welcome drink was unexpected. They helped us out with sunbrella and seats for the beach from leftover of other guests, without asking for it. The beach is realy at the front of the hotel (just as the parking) and it was amazing, clean water, real sand and almost nobody there (ok, it was end of the season, but the wheather was perfect). They recommended restaurant nearby for the dinner, which was amazing too, called "Da Barbara". The room was big, simple but with a nice balcony to the sea. The location is excellent—there’s plenty of free parking (we arrived at around 17.30), though it can get a bit tricky to find a spot if you arrive very late, as many tourists return from day trips around the same time. Having a Conad supermarket right next to the hotel was super convenient for picking up snacks and drinks. The check-in experience was wonderful—the young lady at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful, a real asset to the hotel. Our room was basic but very spacious and clean, which made it perfect for our last night in Sardegna - wanted to swim in the Villasimius beaches and be only an hour away from the airport. Breakfast was another highlight—abundant, fresh, and satisfying. We took it in the verandah. The beach is only about 2 km away, and we walked there easily. The next morning, we returned and continued walking to another beach a further 2 km away. It was a lovely experience—peaceful and quiet, with just a few morning joggers and beach staff preparing for the day. There are also plenty of dining options in the centre which is only a few minutes away from the hotel and can very easily be walked to. Overall, this hotel was a great base with everything we needed for the money we paid. Highly recommended.

This property and staff, especially Elena, made our trip to Sardinia so wonderful. The room and the hotel overall totally exceed our expectations. It felt like a 4 star hotel and not a 3 star ⭐️. The cleaning was always on spot. The place was new, we had a spacious shower without mold (which is so rare for Italian hotels), the design of the room was super cute, we had a huge balcony, the AC worked perfectly- really nothing to complain about! Moreover Elena, the receptionist/concierge, gave us amazing recommendations everyday- where to eat, to swim, what activities to do. Everything she recommended to us was awesome. Super happy we stayed there 5 nights. The hotel doesn’t have a parking, however there is a big parking nearby with the camera. Ah, and the hotel is located on the parallel street to the Main Street of the town where you can find a lot of entertainment like street artists (dancers, clowns, musicians), theatre, vendors, restaurants, shops. Villasimius is a very pretty place full of life in summer!

The room was huge with a large living space and an outdoor terrace with a useful drying rack and a table. Staff has been really nice, welcoming and gave us excellent suggestions on beaches to see and places to go. If in the future we will be in Villa Simius we will stay at the Corte Rosada again.
