A beautiful Tuscany village, like out of a postcard. Narrow winding streets, a really neat town square- the Piazza Garibaldi- had breakfast there every morning at the Bar Langola. Neat restaurants and shops. Great location, only @40 km from Florence, 200 km to Rome. Easy access to anywhere in Tuscany and the Chiani Valley. I could retire here. It is spacious and very clean. Free parking is in front of the apartment (visible from the window), plus there is more than enough free and available parking close the building. Very good location, with nice pizzeria, gelateria, cafe, bakery just near the building on the square, and a small swimming pool a few minutes walk. The property also had everything you could have needed including a washing machine. The surroundings are beautiful and there is a nice walk you can take with the dog right off the property, through the fields and forest towards the nearby village of Scrofiano, where you can have a coffee at the local café/bar/supermarket (the route was kindly explained to us by Jessica). The house is located in a breathtaking, peaceful, quiet countryside, yet everything is close-markets, shops, and restaurants. Sinalunga is a great place, in the heart of Tuscany.
