The location was great, as we traveled to Umbertide for a wedding. Room was nice, big, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. The breakfast buffet came with unlimited coffee (great plus), and the staff was very nice and welcoming. Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets close by in walking distance.

Everything, I loved the place from the minute i drove up to it. It looks better than the pictures, especially in the evenings. The bed is comfy, the staff, I cant really call them staff cos they are part of the place, owners, protectors almost, absolutely top class. The restaurant was the best we visited during our week stay and returned often. We highly recommend all the menu as we tried more or less everything. The garden is a dream, you just need to experience it.

The home cooked meals were such a highlight, the gnocchi was our favourite thing we ate our whole trip! Very friendly and helpful hosts. Beautiful house and furnishings and gardens. The bed was extremely comfortable. Very convenient to see Assisi, Perugia, Deruta and the Umbrian country side. Delicious home cooked dinner on the request and lots of coffee with nice breakfast.
