We stayed in this wonderful place together with my wife. The apartment was great and the location is perfect for visiting not only Venice but also other places. The owner of the apartment was very nice and polite. It’s a pity we stayed only two nights. We will definitely be happy to come back again. Everything was perfect!

Very spacious and excellent equipped apartment. It is located only 15-20 minutes from Venice. Spinea is wonderful for itself. Shops, cafetirias and restaurants are on walking distance. Gabriela is wonderful host and helped us with everything. I strongly recommend the place.

The apartment is lovely and comfortable and equipped with everything you may need for even a longer stay. Conveniently positioned and at a walking distance to the railway station where you can take a train to Venice. The host Roberto was very helpful and always at disposal. This is the best 4 star hotel that we have ever stayed in. The room (and adjoining bathroom) was extremely spacious and clean, and the mattress though a bit hard, was very comfortable. The service and attention to our needs was outstanding, and what made staying here a really great experience. As an example, both of us have a very severe gluten intolerance. The hotel offered us many gluten-free options for breakfast, as well as a good variety of buffet options that were naturally gluten free. We also really liked the food at the on-site restaurant, and ate dinner there twice. The hotel also offers many different kinds of public transport tickets to purchase at the reception, as well as advice on how to best get to your intended destination. They will also call taxis for you, and have a wonderful airport taxi pick-up service they can arrange upon request for your arrival. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our experience and will definitely come back if we ever find ourselves in Venice again!

    The Apartment is New, spacious and clean, as shown in the picture. Súper confortable for our family of 4. It is located close to spinea train station, which is well connected with venice. The owner was responding very fast to our requests and was kind of leaving chocolate easter eggs in the Apartment for us to enjoy.
