The hotel's location, the staff's attitude, and their helpfulness were all excellent. Everything was even better than we imagined. The cleanliness of the rooms, the prompt fulfillment of our requests, the recommendations for places to visit in Rome, and they even organized a free tour on the day we visited—but we couldn't join because we had already made other plans. Overall, it was an experience that surpassed our expectations.

Breakfast was fabulous, with a lot of variety. Upon arriving staff gives you a list of the restaurants that they recommend and their location. We were also received with a fruit basket and some drinks. Place was really clean.

-The staff from reception to concierge to dining staff were personal, pleasant and very helpful -Ths location was convenient -The art work and interior was gorgeous -The room felt like new and the bathroom was very spacious and well designed. -There was a steamer to iron clothes which was convenient -The staircase for those who prefare to use it was covered with runner carpet and was spacious -Lught switched and a/c control were functional and well positioned -The coffee tasted excellent -The gym is open around the clock (I didn’t see it because of lack of time)

The hotel is nice, modern, clean, everyone was very polite and helpful. We had a breakfast and it was nice as well - simple but good. We travelled with 1 year old. It close to the train station however already in nicer neighbourhood. There are some really good restaurants very close by.
