Walter is an exceptional host.

Walter is an exceptional host. He communicated well from the beginning. He was very happy to welcome us, showed us around in the BB and explained everything in details. The room was spacious, clean and cozy. The breakfast was tasty and kindly prepared . Sweet and salty options were available .Walter gave us great tips about the local places to visit. The property is located in a end of road therefore it was very calm and quiet place to stay. Como city is 7 min away by car. We highly recommend this BB to stay.

Our stay at Dandelion Como Suites & Park was a mixed experience. After encountering a significant safety issue in our initial room, we contacted Booking.com for assistance. Thankfully, with their help, we were provided with a different room without incurring additional costs. However, we faced another problem on the first night in the new room: we were unable to open the door and access the room. This caused inconvenience and frustration, as we had to seek assistance from the hotel staff to resolve the issue.

The hotel staff were very service-minded. On the second day, we asked if it was possible to get one of the apartments with more light and they agreed to it without any problem. The location is beautiful, they have a big garden where one can relax and sunbathe and they are building a pool (maybe ready in 2025?). The staff at the breakfast were very kind and attentive, even if we arrive 15 minutes before they were finishing up, the lady there offered to get us anything that had already been put away.

I really can't find the words to describe our stay at Dandelion. Everything was absolutely perfect. The hotel is beautiful, you can see that it has been done with a lot of care and love. The restaurant is also beautiful and the food, delicious. The decoration of the restaurant and the whole hotel is just like a magazine! The breakfast room is also beautiful and the quality of the food is exceptional. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in, really. We will come back.

Very friendly and helpful reception. Hotel is just a few km’s across the CH-I border and close to Como and highway (no noise). Beautiful accommodation and decorated with taste. Nice restaurant. Pet friendly (surcharge of EUR 15pn). Free parking.
