This property was truly one of the nicest places we stayed ever. The hosts were incredibly generous and welcoming, going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. Every evening, they recommended fantastic local restaurants and even took the time to make reservations for us. Breakfasts were a delight, especially the delicious homemade pastries we looked forward to each morning. We were genuinely sad to leave and only wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommended!

From the moment you arrive, you’re welcomed into an impeccably clean, beautifully maintained space that exudes charm and comfort. Once a historical convent, it has been sympathetically and tastefully renovated, striking the perfect balance between old-world elegance and modern convenience. Every detail speaks of care and quality. Crisp, fresh, white cotton linen is everywhere—on the beds, in the bathrooms, and even in the dining areas. The towels are luxuriously soft, with extra ones thoughtfully offered for the swimming pool. The orangery dining area is absolutely immaculate, with the softest napkins I have ever experienced—an understated yet beautiful touch that makes each meal feel special. The gardens are a work of art—manicured, refined, and enhanced by perfect lighting that makes evenings here magical. Each room feels special, with thoughtful design touches and a unique character. Ground-floor rooms open directly onto the gardens or swimming pool area, adding a sense of privacy and connection to the outdoors. The facilities are accessible to everyone, including guests with disabilities, which makes the property truly inclusive. Breakfast is nothing short of excellent—fresh, varied, and served with care. The hospitable staff make you feel like a valued guest rather than just a visitor, always ready with helpful recommendations and warm conversation. Villa Roncuzzi is also brilliantly located: close to motorways, the Adriatic coast, and well-positioned for exploring Ravenna and beyond. The location is fantastic for us. We use to visit the area and it is easy access from the A14 Autostrada, great parking (free), but walking distance into the town centre. Breakfast is excellent with brilliant staff. Rooms are great, large and well appointed. We have used this hotel previously and will definitely use again. Thank you to all the staff who make this an enjoyable experience.

The apartment we booked was situated on the second floor. The innovative security technology was such a pleasant surprise! We felt super safe. The apartment itself is equipped with everything, starting from basic things up to iron, iron desk, oven and kitchen utensils. The building is located right next to the market square, so everything is close. Parking is everywhere around the building, so you do not have to worry, there will be a place for you to park (even within the ZTL zone thanks to the registration in the system by a host). Unfortunately, we were only staying for one night, so we couldn't use the place to its full potential. Definitely recommend!
