Everything! The attention to detail here is extraordinary. Candles are lit everywhere, there are potted plants, umbrellas provided, inviting sitting spaces, bowls of fruit, a yoga mat in the room, etc. Breakfast is amazing!

Surprisingly during check-in I was offered a drink and a room upgrade. I took the suggestion to dine at the hotel and we were delighted with the menu and the food. The view from the hotel at 1500 meters high is stupendous. I am grateful to all the staff especially the Brunner family for the fantastic hospitality and homemade jam.

Great location, lovely and spacious room, soft and light blanket, and very nice and assisting service of the whole owner family. Breakfast was also just perfect for what we needed, home-made apple strudel was delicious.

The hotel gave a very warm welcome, from the friendly pick up at the station to the welcome drink and friendly staff. The hotel was incredibly generous with their large buffet for breakfast, enormous dinner in the evening and a huge buffet ‘snack’ in the afternoon! The service was always polite and friendly. The owners Lukas and Matteus and receptionist Judith, were so patient answering many of our questions, making suggestions for our walking routes, planning our onward travel etc. The walking is fabulous. Excellent freely available maps with all the different numbered routes marked. A guest card allowing free travel on the hourly bus service meant lots of opportunities to begin walks at different points. The views from our balcony, from the terrace and all around are beautiful. The flowers and hotel garden were lovely. We had a wonderful week!

This was a lovely place with some amazing views. The place has all the facilities one would need for a mountain vacation, well maintained and clean. There was a lovely outdoor space for our dog as well. Our host was very kind and gracious. Since it is a working farm, we got to meet some of the animals there as well, and we were provided with fresh breakfast items. I would definitely recommend this place.

    I loved this spacious and sunny apartment near the centre of Villandro. Recently finished and spotlessy clean, the apartment has all you need for any length of stay. There is a large terrace with table and chairs offering beautiful views of the mountains. The owners are very welcoming and helpful. Situated close to many popular hiking areas (near bus stop) the guest pass also gives free public transport. Shops and excellent restaurants in the village. I highly recommend this apartment and hope to be back!

    The views and the jacuzzi were breathtaking. We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The breakfast was good, the salad selection before the dinner could have been more diversified, but overall it was okay.
