This hotel is an absolute charming mixture of old and new. They have played with the architecture, so traditional frescos, stones, iron work, and furnishing are styled in sleek modern ways. The amenities are fantastic. Rooms warm and spacious with comfortable beds and beautiful bathrooms. The rooftop terrace has a lovely view over the old city and surrounding mountains. I was a solo traveller to Bolzano, and this is written without any exaggeration - I love my stay at La Briosa, and it'll be one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed in. First things first, the architecture of the hotel and the room was stunning. In particular, the windows in the room are designed in the shape of arches where they face the mountains! It's such an excellent design and what a privilege to wake up and have the sights of mountains greet you. Sandra and her team are extremely hospitable - from recommending me a good restaurant in the city centre when I told her that I don't take much meat, to the lady who runs the breakfast floor who dutifully remembers our orders such as our coffee preferences. La Briosa is also about 10 minutes walk to the main train and bus station which makes it very easy to commute if you are taking public transport. La Briosa is such a classy establishment, and I absolutely love my stay there. I hope more people can experience the magic of La Briosa that I did :)

I stayed 3 hotels in similar price for this holiday in the Dolomites. Of all of them, Cyprianerhof was the only one where everything was perfect. As soon as you arrive, you are 100% in the Alps. The overwhelming view, staff in traditional clothing, fantastic local food, cozy interior... This is much more precious and valuable than the common modern chic style. With all of this, you can feel the 'genuine' experience that you can't have anywhere else. Above all, we were so lucky to be able to attend amazing concert. It was a surprisingly high-quality performance. Once again, thanks to both musicians for giving us an unforgettable moment. If you are considering other similar places, this is the right answer. We will definitely be back in the winter!
