Loved the view of Mt Fuji overseeing the lake from our room Also loved the Japanese-style room, and the dinner and breakfast we availed of were great. The onsens were also a pleasant experience to try, and the staff were very attentive and can speak English well. We also appreciated the shuttle back to the station.

Great location, a bit farther away from the crowded Kawaguchiko, near beautiful lake. Spacious room, VERY comfy bed and pillows. You can book a private onsen or use public one - it’s not busy and tattoos are okay. The hotel is 30 min walk from the station, they also provide a shuttle from and to the station. Amazing view of the Mt Fuji from rooms as well as onsen and rooftop bar. Would definitely recommend and stay again myself!

Thé Toki is brand new and is equipped with modern and high quality furnishings, it was very spacious, quiet, very clean, we had the entire house with 2 bedrooms for 2 people, 2 bathrooms of course, and so there was plenty of room. The roof top terrace with its own BBQ and a superb view of Mount Fuiji was awesome!

The intimate setting matched with phenomenal service really made this trip one to remember The Villas were the nicest accommodation we have stayed in Japan. What a lovely hotel – three stars but definitely deserves more. Our room was a traditional Japanese Ryokan with tatami flooring and three futons. We had a fabulous view of Mount Fuji from our bedroom window with clear skies for each of the four nights we stayed here. The hotel is a short drive to the Fujikawaguchiko ropeway and within walking distance of surrounding restaurants, convenience stores, a supermarket, etc. The team of staff at Kawaguchiko Park is super-friendly and helpful. Two of the guys washed down our car one morning after some Autumn leaves had falled on top of it. We used the open-air Onsen each of the four evenings we were there, it’s calm, clean and beautiful. There are also two massage chairs that proved very popular with my daughters – provided for free. Japanese breakfast at the Kawaguchiko Park Hotel was a beautiful experience – very traditional items all laid out carefully for us on our table. We had no idea what most of them were but there was plenty to eat to start each of our days. Thank you to the team at Kawaguchiko Park Hotel – we loved staying with you and hope to return one day.

Service was extremely thoughtful! The server who checked us in escorted us to our room, and even tidied our shoes! At keiseki dinner and breakfast, as a family with kids, the service was very polished, and the server really could anticipate our needs and acted proactively, to the point of surprising us! The meals were elaborate and of extremely high quality. Both the public onsen and the private in-room onsen were excellent. And of course, the view of Mount Fuji was super impressive! All Fufu hotels are designed with maximum customer privacy in mind. While the hotel is not right next to the coast of Lake Kawaguchiko but is instead "hidden" in a valley, the feeling of being inside a forest yet with Mount Fuji still highly visible, the picture is really surprisingly next level! A perfect, perfect stay overall!

Everything was perfect all throughout our stay! A short walk from the station, the check-in was super smooth with the staff speaking rather good English. Then we arrived in our room: huge space and patio with a view on the Mt. Fuji?!! Private and enormous bath, all amenities provided, you only need to relax and enjoy. A lot of tiny details that make the difference: the name on the door, the tea ceremony experience, the incredibly kind staff. Thank you to all the team for showing us Japanese hospitality!
