We liked everything! The hosts were super helpful and very friendly - they gave recommendations, arranged a taxi for us, and answered our many questions about the area. The Inn and room were very clean, cute, and filled with all the basic toiletries we needed. The water pressure was also great! Breakfast was scheduled the night before, and we were greeted with a full, delicious breakfast made by the hosts, including homemade bread! Coffee and tea were available throughout the stay. The location was about a 20-minute walk from Tomita Farms, and about an 8-minute walk from the train satation, which was super convenient! Would totally recommend!

Location is excellent! Just a few steps from JR furano station making it a great base for our stay in Furano. Staff was great, very helpful and room was enough for 2 adults with 2 big luggages. The bus from the nearby station was able to bring us to the ski resort in around 20mins. Theres a 7eleven and supermarket nearby.

We've been twice to Furano.

We've been twice to Furano. It's a wonderfully friendly and relaxed resort. While it's not large by European or American standards, it features fabulously dry powder snow, and great restaurant options at the foot of the slopes and in the adjacent town. The fact that it is small also makes it easy to meet up with friends.

Furano was an interesting city town, with enough restaurants and markets to find whatever we might need. Both my huband and myself were not feeling well, so it was a good place to relax. All the people at the stores and eating establishments were always helpful and so very polite. There were some amazing views as Furano is surrounded by mountains. Having the ski resort nearby was a bonus.

Furano is good for beginner and intermediate skiing. Less people on the slopes. Good for families with children learning to ski. Nut not challenging enough for advanced skiers I understand it is beautiful in summer for its lavender fields and flowers

Small town at a distance away from the slopes.

Small town at a distance away from the slopes. The town itself is unremarkable though compact and well-equipped. Note that Furano has TWO ski zones, and the Kitanomine zone opens about a month later into the season. Public transport is infrequent, and difficult to get around by. Driving is strongly recommended unless you plan to just remain at the hotel next to the slopes.

The hotel was extremely beautiful and the hosts were superb.

The hotel was extremely beautiful and the hosts were superb. All of the tourist spots in the photos were easily accessible from the hotel and absolutely worthwhile. They included Tomita Farm, a nearby waterfall near Biei, Blue Pond near Biei, the park opposite the hotel Air Furano and the Furano shrine. Highly recommend.

Furnano town itself is dead in April.

Furnano town itself is dead in April. The only reason to go there are the cheese factory and wine factory. But distances between both are great. Unfortunately, the wine factory was closed at the time we went to Furano (mid-April). The cheese factory experience was great. After which we called a cab (local charges) to Ningle Terrace. This artist village is barely functioning in April -- very few shops were open. But there was one owned by a retired architect that made spinners that come back to you (cool). Gitst: Spring is not the time to visit Furano. All the other seasons would be great. Example: flowers and fruit in the summer season.

Wonderful hotel with free beautiful private baths also for mixed people and many other great extras, including free laundry. Huge and tasty breakfast with any kind of food. Free ramen every night is a really nice treat. Everything so clean and well-managed. Staff always kind and available. Position close to JR station and city center for restaurants. A bit far from ski resort, but taxi is a good and reasonable-priced solution. The budget is of course high-range, but here you can find all the luxury and satisfaction you expect

We booked the 3-bedroom apartment and it was fabulous. The apartment is modern, clean and super comfortable. It has a long table in the living area and perfect for a nice dine-in with the family. Kitchen is well equipped with tablewares, utensils, and equipment like microwave and fridge. The hotel provides free laundry service which is located at lobby. As the hotel is located at the end of the road, the hotel requires guest to tap card to enter the property which is added security.

Very cosy and well appointed property close to Furano ski resort. Very friendly staff and cosy vibe in the common space. Well organised facilities with a dry room plus all/snowboard tuning bench in the basement with iron and scrapers. The couch to put on snow oars boots was a nice touch! Check in was a breeze and the included breakfast each morning was healthy and splendid.

Ski in ski out, and had everything there, even though it was hotel prices, it wasn’t over the top. We caught the local bus to Furano for dinner which was a great Japanese experience. Make sure you have cash for the bus, and restaurants
