Good cooking facilities, free coffee and tea was appreciated. Private hot springs on site, very warm water. A lot of travelers, so good social opportunity for solo traveler but sometimes felt a little crowded.

Absolutely amazing onsen hotel, great location, friendly staff, we also enjoyed the kaiseki dinner so much that we ordered it again. Same with the traditional breakfast. It doesn't get any more authentically Japanese than this, anywhere you go, quintessentially Japanese!

A cute house in an isolated area. Very quiet, with a hill in the back and a river in the front. There are table and chairs, and a barbecue stove outside. In the house, there is a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom . You need to make your own bed.
