We thought our trip, which lasted 2 days was just about right, maybe one more day would have been good. We visited the bomb site and museum on the first day which is a must. The second day we had a trip to Miyajima island which was really worth the effort. We went over on a ferry using our Suica card which also paid for the train. So much better value than Tokyo or Osaka Great place to spend a day at Miyajima and return to. Very happy we spent two days here .
