The hotel has no reception, but makes it up for it by excellent communication via booking.com. We have received detailed instructions on how to check-in, and what to do. They were very helpful and friendly. The location was excellent, right next to the station. We were there for the Danjiri Festival, and it was easy to get back to the hotel, whenever you are out, you are in the middle of the main action. I would stay there whenever I need a last/first stop close to the Kansai Airport, the airport is just a few stops from the hotel, it is very convenient.

I chose this hotel primarily for its excellent location, being just one train stop away from Kansai Airport, which made it incredibly convenient for my travel plans. I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious and clean the room was, much larger than I expected for a hotel near an airport. The view from my room was a real bonus, as I could see the airport and surrounding areas, which added a nice touch to the overall experience. The facilities were well-maintained, and I appreciated the attention to detail in cleanliness. The bed was comfortable, and the room had everything I needed to feel at ease. Despite being close to the airport, it was surprisingly quiet, so I had a very restful stay. The breakfast was another highlight of my visit. Not only did the dining area offer a lovely view, but there was also a wide variety of food to choose from, with options to suit different tastes. Whether you prefer traditional Japanese dishes or more Western-style options, there was something for everyone, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. Overall, I’m really glad I picked this hotel. It exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort, convenience, and service. I would definitely stay here again, especially if I have an early flight from Kansai Airport.

So clean. So new. A wonderful smell as soon as you step into the hotel. Fresh scents. A hint of wood and pine, very mild and subtle. Everything merticulous. AC is very very quiet. Room have plenty of space. I think they could easily charge twice as much. It's that good.

The room was small, but it was very comfortable, well appointed (coffee, pillows, toiletries, bidet, great water pressure, quiet, close to everything, steps away from Izumisano Station, great restaurants....I honestly can't say enough about R Hotel Kansai Airport. The staff was super friendly and the price was unthinkably low.

Good location - close to Kansai airport - good choice if you arrive late and don't want to spend $$$ on taxi to Osaka We were impressed by the washlet - you open the door and it literally welcomes you. The breakfast is alright - mixed japanese and european, good choice of food The personnel is friendly and helpful, exactly as expected in Japan WiFi is very fast and stable If you need a plug adaptor just ask the staff at reception

A must-stay when travelling to or from Kansai Airport. This hotel is fantastic value for money, the spa facilities are wide and enjoyable, the room views and relaxing, and the breakfast is delicious (also enjoyed with a sea view). The proximity to Kansai Airport makes it incredibly convenient as you can quickly rest after a long day flying. Staff is very nice too.

A comfortable stay for those waiting to depart to Kansai Airport. We had a good dinner at Joyful (24 Hours fast food) which was a few mins walk away, and there are plenty of convenient stores nearby. Short walk from the train station (1 stop away from Kansai Airport) but might be quite chilly to walk on the colder days, best to layer up. Rooms are spacious, and great for reorganizing luggage. The bathhouse was nice too.
