The room was quite big, compared to other Japanese hotels. And the toilet is also big enough. The hot spring was very comfortable. I enjoyed stay here.

Nice service! And the room is spacious, even the facilities is not new but not affect the experience of living. By the way, the hall is really grand. The staff included who master in English ,so if you do not have to worry about communication. If you want to go go Tosu Outlet, this hotel is worthy to consider. Driving here from the outlet only take about 20 minutes.

Really good value for money - big room, quality fixtures and fittings, jacuzzi bath, good breakfast, polite and friendly service. Didn't bat an eyelid when I came in muddy and wet from a day cycling, and the receptionist worried (unnecessarily) about my bicycle being left out in the heavy rain.

A 4-minute walk from Nishitetsu Kurume Station, Kurume Washington Hotel Plaza features compact rooms with free wired internet and a launderette.

Breakfast was nice, and the room was very comfortable. Parking lot was located behind the building in a public montly parking lot. The hotel has 15 dedicated space, and you will be informed when you check-in. It is just 1-2min on foot. To park your car, You need to drive into a narrow alley between hotel Kurume hills and New Plaza hotel. There you can find 15 spaces that is marked with Red Cones.
