Breakfast was very good, the room was comfortable and clean. The staff were patient, I don't speak Japanese but there was no problem, the staff spoke Japanese, and the guide on the TV was also available in English. There is parking available at a reasonable rate.

Amazing location that was very easy to find from my bus drop off from Haneda airport. The staff were friendly and accommodating and did a great job dealing with me and my horrible Japanese.

The hotel is conveniently located near to post office and many restaurants in the area. The staff were helpful and the washing machine and dryer were free to use, which is unusual for hotels in Tokyo in general. They even had those plastic bobby pin rack things free to borrow if you want to hang-dry your clothes. That's pretty rare.
