Very friendly staff and exceptional service. A small room but expected in Tokyo. Despite the size it was very clean, tidy, comfortable. They have drip coffee instead of instant coffee which was a bonus!

    The city is literally amazing.

    The city is literally amazing. Everything you could want is right there in your hotel or walking distance. Great cafes, izakayas, shopping, exploring-literally everything. Not as busy as some areas in Tokyo, and I fell in love. Will be back soon.

    This is a very nice and quaint small city with everything...

    This is a very nice and quaint small city with everything you need. People are friendly here and there are not many tourists as compared to big cities like Shinjuku or Shibuya. Easy to walk around and explore the sights and also plenty of eating options and transport. You can stay here for a couple of days to enjoy the not so busy lifestyle compared to the CBD or major tourist areas

    The hotel was very close to the station & easy to find. We were made very welcome & the staff were very polite & helpful. We flew in from the UK early in the morning & we were able to leave our luggage with the hotel until we checked in at 3pm which made things alot easier. Everything you could possibly need is provided, from toiletries (including toothbrush & paste) to nightwear. Although it is close to the station, it was very quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

    Great location in a rather lovely suburb of Tokyo only 20 minutes to Shibuya on the Chuo rapid line. The hotel is spotlessly clean and quiet with everything you could want on the doorstep. This was not our first visit to Tokyo and ultimately we found it eminently preferable to stay here rather than the central districts.

    Fantastic hotel just outside the busy tourist hubs of Tokyo. If your looking for a hotel that’s quite, clean and located near lots of amazing restaurants look no further. It was an easy 20 minutes on the train to all the major hubs but we found we preferred Kichijoji for our dinning and relaxing.

    Location near from JR Kichijoji station and very convenient to dining and shopping. Very clean and comfortable guest room even the space is pretty narrow but the necessary equipment and amenity are fully equipped both in room and common space of the hotel.
