An absolute paradise, nothing less. Big house on 2 floors, with a very large living room, 2 balconies and stunning views. Every single thing in this place is designer-grade, even down to the water kettle. The surroundings are nothing short of magical, with hills, forests, birdsong, a beautiful lake, etc., etc. Owner, Jin, was very attentive and really bent over backwards in making sure we had everything we needed - even months before the trip, he was offering help with finding proper restaurants in the area (which he, of course, did). We cannot recommend this wonderful place enough.

We loved everything. One of the best hotels we've stayed in Japan so far. Reasonable price & excellent service. Loved that all the rooms have hot spring water flowing. On the territory of the hotel they have a lot of activities: free drink bar in the lounge, mini-live concert in the evening, hand and foot hot spring baths, children play room with games, massage, many types on hot spring baths, souvenir shop and even hand-made classes. We didn't have enough time to explore everything. The food is outstanding and they have a lot of options for vegans/ vegetarians, and all the meals that contain allergens are marked. Also, we appreciate the shuttle bus to the hotel, they came to pick up only 2 of us, although we have arrived late. The room was very quiet, spacious and we had a good sleep, didn't want to leave. Will make sure to come again. You can feel that staff in this hotel truly love their job and care about customers.

The terrace in our room was huge and with amazing sea views!!! Room is also huge and with this price, this is amazing. Privacy is also great as you can enjoy the view with peace. The staffs were also very helpful and kind.

    Other than maybe having better weather which is beyond...

    Other than maybe having better weather which is beyond anyones control, we loved our stay and the area. We stuck to mostly nature oriented activities like the Jogasaki coast, the beaches in Shimoda, Kawazu Seven Waterfalls, and Toji Sands. We were thrilled to find an onsen., Akazawa Onsen, right there in Ito that was tattoo friendly!
