Staff amazing, we checked in at 12 am, the room was clean, bed was good, room with everything working and good space, however hotel is old and difficult to find in English on the gps, also a bit expensive but was the cheaper on its area, so I recommend it to go to sleep and leave early that’s about it. Oh also well equipped vending machines selling everything

The roof terrace with a fantastic view of Fuji. Get up early to see the sunrise. The facilities were excellent. There is a separate space should you want to eat or cook something. Tea and coffee are free. It is right next to the station. There are many small bars and restaurants within a short walk.

We had a room with private onsen and view of Fuji. It was perfect. The room was huge and the beds were so comfortable and it was unforgettable. We used the shuttle service (for a fee) and they even took us to the Mt. Fuji World Heritage center on the way there. The dinner was great and we loved the garden and free wine bar.

We received a warm welcome. Comfortable Japanese-style room with great view over the lake. A small communal bath, but we had a good soak, and slept well. Good coffee and tea provided.
