The Hotel is new open and it was an excellent stay during these dates. The location is very convenient—co-located with Tenjin Metro Station, and the signage clearly guides you to the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. It was also very quiet, and the bed was extremely comfortable, making it perfect for rest. The reception is located on the 19th floor, and you can take the elevator directly from the station B2 to the 19th floor, then transfer to an internal elevator to reach your room level. Highly recommended for your stay in Fukuoka Tenjin.

Everywhere was very well kept and clean esp the room. Tatami area in the room was brilliant, it was dust free. The staff were amazing and they were very friendly and helpful, they also prepared a birthday card for hubby’s bday. Breakfast was sumptuous with plenty of choices. Onsen was a big bonus esp the outdoor onsen. Access was mainly by car but we chose to stay outside the city so this doesn’t affect us. Carpark was huge and was free to use for those who board. I would love to come again.

Overall we liked the facilities/amenities inside the room. It was clean and the TV could be linked to your phone(mirroring). They have a button for them to know if you would need them to clean your room or if you wouldn't like to be disturbed. There is also an unmaned convenience store in the second floor where you could buy your essenstials if you don't like to go outside. The staff were all welcoming, friendly and easy to communicate with. The hotel was also near the station and some restaurants/convenience stores.

This is a good brand of hotel with consistently good performance in all the aspects you look for. Clean and comfortable, professional staff, good location, and a good value.. room size was typical for Japan and was okay for one person, would feel tight for two. Would recommend to others
