Too many things to likes 1. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, very respectful 2. The food is great, we had food prepared for dinner and breakfast for 2 days ! They explained the food to us. 3. The facilities - the resort is great ! everything is explained and it is free. Please take the time to explore ! 4. The comfort is apex !!! you can have your own onsen tub in your room ! WOW Overall, super worth it. Definitely will go there again.

Awesome well priced accommodation! Had zero expectations but was very impressed by the property, friendly service and bathing areas. Excellent base for day trips out to the surrounding ski resorts. Will definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

Even though we were two hours late for the scheduled dinner time (18:00-19:00), we still got served dinner even after assuming that we had lost that opportunity. That's service like any other! Really appreciated that!
