The host was excellent. She took time with us when we arrived and let us try on traditional Japanese outfit. In the evening she even took us into the city to a local market to get dinner. Extremely friendly and courteous host.

Nice reception area, comfortable beds, half decent slippers provided, price was excellent, washer/dryer facilities were good and staff were happy to call ferry company for us to plan our day ahead.

it’s new and clean, with hot spring, have parking right next to the hotel. Moreover, they have excellent service. I have forgotten my watch in the hotel room and they helped me find it and ship it back to me. They handled it with care and diligence. Highly recommended!

Our daughter was not feeling well when we arrived and needed to lie down. The staff very kindly accommodated us during our check in so she can recuperate. We are so very thankful for their consideration. Staff was attentive and kind. It was greatly appreciated.

The staff are amazing - I forgot my headphones and they sent them to me at our next hotel. They were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is great, it's very centrally located and the free breakfast is nice. Also a handy beer vending machine, if you don't want to walk the few minutes to the shopping centre/station nearby.
