The hot bath was just amazing. While staying in Toyama we went to the Mount Tate. So after the whole day of wolking and freezing it was a pleasure to come back to Dormy Inn Toyama and to spend the evening in hot water, chilling and enjoying. The whole room is arrange very comfortable and welcoming. Having an ice after the bath and browse through some manga books was a very calming ending of a nice day. Also the breakfest is worth mentioning - very varied and delicious.

This hotel is very conveniently located, a short 200 metre walk from the train station. There is a well stocked Albi nearby. We could do the alpine route very easily as the Dentetsu station is also very close. From our room window we could see the snow peaked mountains and lovely sunrise. The room is a little tight but well equipped and we had a comfortable stay. It was an easy train ride to Tokyo on the Shinkansen. All in all well recommended. The open bath and sauna are the best!!! Room size is quite big and bed is comfortable. The bathroom inside is also good!! The staff are nice and helping me a lot. (BTW, Wi-Fi is also good.)

    It was a wonderful experience for me since this is my first...

    It was a wonderful experience for me since this is my first time to snow mountain , the view at Tateyama Kogen Hotel was really stunning . When i checked in it was very foggy and the next morning i just couldn't believe my eyes the ALPS peak is just in front of my room window . It was so close to me . It's really beautiful with the sunrise . Since i went there early 1st May , i can only see the snow wall corridor and the beauty of Kurobe dam . The view is really pretty. oh if you are planning to drive to Ogizawa , don't worry there are plenty of car park but make sure you arrive early . We park our car at Shinano Omachi and took a bus there as afraid can't find parking due to Golden week holiday , I could have drive up there !
