- Very soft and comfortable bed - The owner was very friendly: Greeted us at the start and sent us off when we were checking out. She gave us delicious biscuits as welcome gifts. - Place was very neat and clean, everything was working well - The owner has a cute dog that we are allowed to meet. The dog is very well behaved, it will not bark The owner is very friendly and kind. She gave us boiled water ready for us to drink and big bottle of water in the fridge for us to drink. Instruction manual are provided for the machines . Salt and seasoning are provided for cooking. Heaters are provided in all the rooms.

Easy access to downtown with the subway ( to Odori). Easy access to Otaru from JR Kotoni. The restaurant In curry ( 9mn walk away) was fantastic. The neighborhood has many restaurants, shopping centres, groceries shops,…etc The big balcony to watch the sunset! The very efficient, smiley ladies at the front desk. The cleaning ladies did an excellent job. Clean! Clean. You can borrow some knives, iron, iron board and many more( hair curlers…).

The location was great - close to Sapporo Station and walking distance to a lot of things. The room size was also nice, and spacious compared to some other rooms I stayed in in Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka. Breakfast provided was a nice bonus, and the pillow bar was the best part!
