We would like to stay another day or two in Wakkanai the...
We would like to stay another day or two in Wakkanai the next time we go and visit. As it was we spent less than an hour in Cape Soya, which was basically our main objective, the northernmost point in Hokkaido. We enjoyed the park near the Gate of Ice and Snow as well as the observation tower. The view of the city from that vantage point was very nice.Guest review byLarryVPhilippines

The facilities were excellent and though I speak Japanese, they did have English instructions available for people who might not. There's not much in the surrounding towns, so be sure to bring food/drinks, but the location is so peaceful and relaxing. The staff were incredibly kind, and if I am ever in this part of Hokkaido again, I will definitely try to stay here.Guest review byJasonJapan
