I loved the comfortable bed. The hotel staff was very kind and friendly but hardly could speak English, so the communication was difficult.

I was not expecting such a beautiful room for the price we paid and with such peace and privacy including our own hot spring bath. We would have happily stayed a week to explore the Kirishima area and use the hot spring facilities at the hotel if we had the time. The views from the hotel were just breath taking and its website photos do not do it justice. Staff very welcoming on arrival. Didn’t get the chance to use other facilities as only overnight stay but noted lots of little free treats such as noodles and icecream at different times of the day. Plenty of Free onsite parking.

Very comfortable and clean room, I could watch TV very comfortably. The blanket was also rather comfy. There was a free meal as well, a pleasant surprise

Our stay at this inn was truly wonderful! The place is spacious and clean, making it a comfortable retreat. The view from the house was absolutely stunning—one of the highlights of our trip. It was very nice and interesting , beeing in a i would say traditionall japanese house. The owner is very very friendly, she borrowed me her bicycle, so i could explore Ebino! The food was amazing!!! Greetings Dominik

We spent 2 nights here exploring the area. Hotel location is excellent. The room was nice and the Onsen excellent - even has an outdoor space. Breakfast was good and there was lots of parking.
