- Very soft and comfortable bed - The owner was very friendly: Greeted us at the start and sent us off when we were checking out. She gave us delicious biscuits as welcome gifts. - Place was very neat and clean, everything was working well - The owner has a cute dog that we are allowed to meet. The dog is very well behaved, it will not bark The owner is very friendly and kind. She gave us boiled water ready for us to drink and big bottle of water in the fridge for us to drink. Instruction manual are provided for the machines . Salt and seasoning are provided for cooking. Heaters are provided in all the rooms.

Loved the size of the house, it is enormous and it has a lovely garden and views across Sapporo. Loved the shower and the heated room off the shower room which made getting dried and dressed feel very comfortable! Pool table and massage chair were great additions and we made full use of them.

The location is amazing! The mountains are so close, and in the winter, the blanket of snow over everything is mesmerising. It is positioned in a great apot to visit both Otaru and Sapporo. The train ride to Otaru is amazing with great ocean views. The room was not cold in the winter with the heater that you can use and the facilities were all very clean and well maintained.
